Kalenux This policy is provided by Kalenux Bilisim Hizmetleri Ticaret Limited Sirketi ("Kalenux", "we", "us"), a software company registered in Istanbul, Turkey.
1The service
Kalenux provides web-based software, including Kalenux SEO Audit, for auditing sites you own for technical SEO and page-speed issues. It is provided on an "as available" basis, and its features may change over time.
2Accounts
Provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and take responsibility for what happens under your account. You must be at least 16, or the age of majority in your country.
3Acceptable use
Use our products lawfully, and only on properties you own or are authorised to audit. You must not:
- Audit, crawl or scan sites you don't own or have permission to test
- Disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or try to access it without authorisation
- Resell or redistribute the service without written permission
- Use it for any unlawful or abusive purpose
4Credits, plans and payments
Credits are sold through Creem, our Merchant of Record. Prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Credits are used up when you run audits, and they don't expire. By purchasing, you also agree to Creem's Buyer Terms, shown at checkout.
5Intellectual property
Kalenux owns the software, branding and content. You keep ownership of your own data and your audit results, and you get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service.
6Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". Audit results are for information only, and specific rankings are not guaranteed. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
7Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms, and unused credits may be forfeited if an account is terminated for cause.
8Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, with disputes heard by the courts of Istanbul. This doesn't affect any mandatory consumer rights you have in your own country.
9Changes
Material changes will be posted here with a new date. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the revised Terms.
