Our 14-day refund policy for unused credits and how refunds work

This Refund Policy is provided by Kalenux Bilisim Hizmetleri Ticaret Limited Sirketi ("Kalenux") and applies to paid purchases on Kalenux, including credit packs and subscriptions for the Kalenux SEO Audit tool. Payments are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Creem, which appears on your statement and handles billing, invoicing, and refunds. 1. Credits and Digital Services

Kalenux sells credits that are consumed when you run audits. Credits are a digital service delivered electronically and made available to your account immediately after a successful payment.

2. 14-Day Refund (Unused Credits Only)

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided that none of the purchased credits have been used. Because credits are a digital service that is consumed the moment you run an audit, once any credit from a purchase has been used, that purchase is no longer refundable. This does not affect any mandatory statutory rights you may have under the consumer law of your country.

3. How to Request a Refund

Contact us at emirbaycan@kalenux.com.tr or via our contact page with your order ID (found in the receipt emailed to you by Creem). You may also contact Creem directly through the link in your receipt. Eligible refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, returned to your original payment method by Creem.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Purchases where one or more credits have already been used
  • Requests made more than 14 days after the purchase date
  • Purchases where there is evidence of fraud or abuse of the service

5. Subscriptions

If you purchase a recurring subscription, you may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewals. The current billing period is not pro-rated unless required by law, but any unused monthly credit allotment remains available until the end of the paid period. The 14-day refund above applies to your first subscription payment only if none of that period's credits have been used.

6. Failed or Duplicate Charges

If you are charged in error, charged twice, or charged for a service you did not receive, contact us immediately and we will arrange a full refund of the affected amount.
