1Credits are a digital service
Credits are delivered to your account electronically as soon as payment succeeds, and they are used up when you run an audit.
214-day refund on unused credits
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as none of the credits from that purchase have been used. Once any credit is used, that purchase is no longer refundable. This doesn't affect any statutory rights you have under consumer law in your country.
3How to request one
Email emirbaycan@kalenux.com.tr or use the contact page, and include the order ID from your Creem receipt. You can also contact Creem directly through the link in that receipt. Eligible refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
4When refunds don't apply
- One or more credits from the purchase have been used
- More than 14 days have passed since the purchase
- There is evidence of fraud or abuse
5Subscriptions
You can cancel at any time, which stops future renewals. The current period isn't pro-rated unless the law requires it, but unused credits stay available until the period ends. The 14-day refund applies to your first payment only if none of that period's credits have been used.
6Failed or duplicate charges
If you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged for something you didn't receive, contact us and we'll refund the affected amount in full.
