These policies are provided by Kalenux Bilisim Hizmetleri Ticaret Limited Sirketi ("Kalenux", "we", "us", "our"), a software company registered in Istanbul, Turkey. At Kalenux, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our websites and software products.
We collect only the information needed to provide our services, process payments, and keep our products secure and reliable.

Our payments are processed by Armitage Labs OU ("Creem"), who acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases on our software. This means Creem is the seller of record, handles the checkout, collects payment, and manages invoicing, sales tax/VAT, and refunds. When you buy credits or a subscription, your payment details are provided directly to Creem under Creem's buyer terms and privacy policy. We receive only the information needed to fulfil your order (such as your email and what you purchased).
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as our payment provider (Creem), cloud hosting, and email delivery, and only as needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information where required by law.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal/accounting obligations. We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect your data. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR. Kalenux acts as the data controller for account data; Creem acts as controller for payment data it processes.

These Terms govern your use of Kalenux websites and software products. By creating an account or using our products, you agree to these Terms.
Kalenux provides web-based software, including the Kalenux SEO Audit tool, which lets you audit websites you own for technical SEO and page-speed issues. Access is provided on an "as available" basis. We may update, improve, or change features over time.
You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to create an account.
You agree to use our products lawfully and only on websites and properties you own or are authorised to audit. Our SEO Audit tool requires you to verify ownership of a domain (via DNS, a meta tag, or a file) before it will crawl it. You must not:
Some features are paid. Credits and subscriptions are sold through Creem, our Merchant of Record. Prices are shown on our pricing page and at checkout. Credits are consumed when you run audits, as described on the pricing page, and do not expire. By purchasing, you also agree to Creem's buyer terms presented at checkout.
Kalenux and its licensors own all rights in the software, branding, and content we provide. You retain ownership of your own data and the results of audits you run on your sites. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Audit results are informational and we do not guarantee specific search-engine rankings or outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kalenux is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Unused, non-refundable credits may be forfeited on termination for cause.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
This policy applies to paid purchases on Kalenux, including credit packs and subscriptions. Payments are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Creem, which appears on your statement and handles billing, invoicing, and refunds.
Kalenux sells credits that are consumed when you run audits. Credits are a digital service delivered electronically and made available to your account immediately after a successful payment.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided that none of the purchased credits have been used. Because credits are a digital service that is consumed the moment you run an audit, once any credit from a purchase has been used, that purchase is no longer refundable. This does not affect any mandatory statutory rights you may have under the consumer law of your country.

You may also contact Creem directly through the link in your receipt. Eligible refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, returned to your original payment method by Creem.
If you purchase a recurring subscription, you may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewals. The current billing period is not pro-rated unless required by law, but any unused monthly credit allotment remains available until the end of the paid period. The 14-day refund above applies to your first subscription payment only if none of that period's credits have been used.
If you are charged in error, charged twice, or charged for a service you did not receive, contact us immediately and we will arrange a full refund of the affected amount.
