Kalenux This policy is provided by Kalenux Bilisim Hizmetleri Ticaret Limited Sirketi ("Kalenux", "we", "us"), a software company registered in Istanbul, Turkey.
1Information we collect
You provide: account information (name, email, password); site data (the URLs you audit and the verification token you install); payment information, which is processed by Creem; and support communications.
Collected automatically: usage data, device and technical data, IP address and city or country-level location, logs, and session cookies.

- Provide and operate our products and run the audits you request
- Manage your account and credit balance
- Process payments and send receipts, through Creem
- Provide support
- Keep the service secure, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations
- Send essential account, billing and security emails
3How payments work
Payments are processed by Armitage Labs OU ("Creem"), our Merchant of Record. Creem is the seller of record and handles checkout, invoicing, sales tax and VAT, and refunds. Your payment details go directly to Creem under Creem's Buyer Terms and Privacy Notice. We receive only what we need to fulfil your order.
4Sharing
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with providers who help us run the service (payments, hosting and email delivery), and only as needed, or where the law requires it.
5Retention and security
We keep your information while your account is active, or as long as legal and accounting rules require. It is encrypted in transit and protected by access controls. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.
6Your rights
