PhoneCMD turns a phone into a real terminal for your computer: a host app runs on the PC and does the work, and a thin client on the phone opens persistent shell sessions, launches and resumes coding CLIs, browses and edits files, and can hand an on-device AI agent the keys to operate the machine. The connection goes directly between phone and PC - over the local network, or peer-to-peer over WebRTC when remote - so session traffic never passes through a server.
